3. Ticket Purchases & Refunds
All ticket purchases are subject to availability and acceptance by EventPlace. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that we suspect to be fraudulent. Refunds are generally not provided unless an event is cancelled, subject to the organizer's specific policy.
Important: Please review the refund policy for each event before purchasing tickets, as policies may vary by organizer.
4. Limitations
In no event shall EventPlace or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on EventPlace's website, even if EventPlace or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
6. Changes to Terms
EventPlace may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
